Description

Applinets Interceptor is a server add-in for Lotus Domino Servers that provides a complete e-mail security solution.

E-Mail security is becoming more and more important as the value of the Internet to companies increases. Recent security scares such as the VBS/LoveLet e-mail worm and its variants highlight the need for a robust security policy to be implemented on the mail server.

Although most of the worms that have so far been unleashed, for example Nimda, Melissa and VBS/LoveLet (the ILOVEYOU virus), have targeted Microsoft Outlook, investigations by the Interceptor development team have shown that very minor modifications to these worms would allow them to target Domino systems.
