IconBuilder Pro provides the ability to create thumbnail (128x128) pixel icons for Mac OS X. The user interface offers a dynamic slider that allows you to scale your thumbnail icon to see how it would appear in the Dock of OS X. IconBuilder Pro is also the very first icon editor for the Macintosh that lets you construct folder icons with built-in Open/Drop states.
