    Description

    PitBull Protector is specifically designed to stop Microsoft IIS vulnerabilities from causing system-wide damage. Protector actually isolates IIS from all other areas of the system by placing it in a separate security compartment. An attacker that exploits an IIS security flaw cannot break loose from PitBulls grip, even if the exploit otherwise grants him full administrator privileges. Protector stops attackers from using IIS as a launching pad for attacks against system files and other applications on the system. Protector is a kernel-loadable module and employs a unique Learn Mode to apply appropriate security protections given the specific configuration and use of each machine it is installed upon.
