randomly select another login ID from a list and dial the ISP again

redialing when busy or disconnected
each entry has a fully customizable Systray icon

- can retrieve new phone numbers from the Internet supplied by the ISP and
depending on the selected option UID will:
disconnect the line and call again using the new phone number,
or it will use the new phone number to dial the next time when connecting to Internet

- Free Internet users (ie: NetZero) can use this dialer to connect to their Free Internet Service Providers and keep track of their online time connection. This is specially important now, when NetZero reduced its free hours to only 10 hrs a month. Knowing the used time can better prepare users from not being able to connect, because monthly time limit has exhausted.
