Pros: Interface easy to use.
Cons: The program does not really work until you purchase it. You must let its update service automatically hook into your system OS to “phone home” and check for updates or it will not install. Admittedly this can be shut off via your firewall; however, the application still loads which slows down the boot process. The program did not satisfy my specific needs, which is not a negative comment. The site advertises a “30 days, money back, no questions asked, satisfaction guarantee” but I have contacted the company three times asking for a refund and each time I get a response for more information so their technical department can solve any problems I may be having. I have been forced to contact my credit card company to obtain a refund. Totally miffed!
Sounds like thats what iam going to have to do they rip me off to. Bob
I found this program does clean the registry and is easy to use BUT, there is a hidden agenda. It shuts down after one year and you have to buy it again. Their Web site is not clear about this policy, they talk about you get a 12 month subscription to tech support, not that the program only lasts a year. True, they do offer a discount, but why pay yearly for a piece of software? I cannot recommend this given their approach. They should have been up front and said clearly, this product will only run for one year when you buy it. Of course, if they did that, no one would buy it! So I must give the product a poor rating, not because of function, but because of the company;s deceptive selling practice.
